The Help Desk Specialist position serves as an integral member of the Technology Team and will be responsible to provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Help desk. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for administration and internal support of PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
The Purchasing Agent/Accounts Payable position serves as an integral member of the Finance Team and will be responsible for the purchasing processes and daily accounts payable functions of the company. This position will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Staff Accountant to ensure accurate accounting processes within inventory, cost of goods sold, and general administration. Also, this position will be responsible for training and compliance of the corporate purchase order process.
