Staff Accountant/Analyst
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Compensation: Salaried position, Exempt
Based at: Clarkesville, Georgia
Start Date: Immediately
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years experience in field
Job purpose: This position will support Initials, Inc. in areas related to accounting, human resources and sales analysis.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- General Accounting Duties including month end close entries
- Bank Accounts/Credit Card Reconciliations
- Human resources clerical support
- Inventory Management Entries and Reconciliation
- Work with multiple departments to develop & maintain sales analytics & create structure for projections
- Assist in the processing of the biweekly commission runs, year-end close, 1099’s, etc.
- Data Entry in Party Plan Solutions Software
- Research and cost benefit analysis as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

Ignite Store Coordinator
Reports to: National Field Development Director
Status/Compensation: Part-time, hourly position, non-exempt
Based at: Clarkesville, Georgia
Start Date: Immediately
Job Purpose: This position will manage all aspects of our Initials, Inc. Ignite Store including product design, product procurement, and inventory management, B to C marketing and B to C communications. The Ignite Store is our web-based internal marketing/business supply resource exclusively for our independent Creative Partners nationwide.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Work with the Field Development Department and President’s Council to assess current and ongoing product needs/wants, and consult with the Marketing Department to ensure brand accuracy and company flavor.
- Coordinate with outside vendors on product selection, design, procurement, delivery schedules and price negotiations for the following industries/products:
- Printing, Signage, Apparel, and other ad specialty logo product companies as needed
- Manage retail pricing strategy.
- Manage internal inventory and reorder timing/process.
- Assess sales models to indicate product categories that should grow and product categories that should go.
- Manage, execute and evaluate monthly specials to keep the products fresh, exciting and profitable.
- Manage all Creative Partner order fulfillment.
- As the leader of this newly developed internal department as it grows you will scope future staffing needs to accomplish the corporate goals.

Job purpose: This position will support Initials, Inc., the President & Co-founder, and on occasion other Executive staff, in areas related to general administrative duties.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Receptionist/walk in visitor relations
- Lead contact for corporate phone line
- Human resources clerical support
- Administrative contact with industry association for events and meetings
- Planning and booking all Executive staff travel
- Calendar coordination
- Ordering office supplies
- Assist with monthly corporate luncheon planning
- Any other duties as assigned
