We know fancy coffee is what feeds our adventures during the fall and winter months, after a few weeks of warm weather and sunshine we start to crave a whole new level of fancy! With the option to score a FREE Summer Sipper, we felt it best suited to serve up our FAVORITE Summer Sipper Drink recipes!
Peach Fizz served with mint leaves and juicy raspberries
288 calories per serve
2 white peaches, stoned, finely chopped
1/3 cup lime juice
¼ cup caster sugar
Thinly sliced peach, extra, to serve
Raspberries, to serve
½ cup gin (optional)
Crushed ice, to serve
25L chilled sparking lemon or lime mineral water
Mint leaves to serve
Combine chopped peach, lime juice and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until peach is very tender. Remove from heat. Transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth. Place in the fridge to chill.
Divide extra peach and raspberries among serving glasses. Combine peach puree and gin (optional) in a jug. Pour evenly among Summer Sippers. Top with ice, mineral water, and mint. (If not using gin, add extra mineral water or soda water.
Pink Grapefruit Party Punch
Pomegranate seeds, to serve
4 cups chilled lemonade
2 cups chilled ruby red grapefruit juice
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup Cointreau liqueur
Place pomegranate seeds in an ice-cube tray. Cover with water. Place in freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
Combine the lemonade, grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila and Cointreau in a serving jug. Top with pomegranate ice cubes. Divide among Summer Sippers and serve immediately.
Basil, Strawberry & Watermelon Cooler
2 cups finely chopped watermelon
8 Strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup coconut water, chilled
1 tbsp fresh basil, shredded
750ml chilled sparkling wine
Ice cubes, to serve
Basil leaves, to serve
Prepare the watermelon and strawberry in a food processor until smooth. Add the coconut water and shredded basil and process until well combined
Place the watermelon mixture in a serving jug and top with wine and ice cubes. Divide among Summer Sippers and serve immediately. Serve with the basil leaves as a garnish.
